Crystal Swinton

 
Crystal has been in the field of early learning since 1999 and has been providing a variety of resources to the child care community since 2008.  Mrs. Crystal began the resource company after seeing a need for creative ways teachers can engage young children in the preschool classroom. Prior to developing the resource company, owned and operated her own child care business. 

Crystal hold's a B.S. degree in Multidisciplinary studies in Business Management and Education, she has a Master’s degree in Teaching and Learning and is currently completing her Doctoral Studies in Education at Northcentral University. Crystal is currently the Director of Business Development/Training Academy, a licensed post-secondary program in Florida supporting Early Childhood Professionals with becoming Nationally and or State Credentialed from Family Central's Training Academy. 

Over the years, Crystal has provided a variety of consultation and supports to child care professionals with marketing, writing and developing business plans, and supporting business owners in becoming licensed. 

Crystal was born and raised in Central Virginia but currently lives in South Florida with her husband and four children. 

Her long term goal is to continue to assist early childhood professionals in growing, developing and finding the most effective ways to support children's early learning experiences and cognitive development.
